One of my favorites, a potato, Cheddar Cheese, and Bacon.  All cooked in foil on the fire pit!  This can be made for a solo camper or a group.

Ingredients

1 potato of your choosing
Butter
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Bacon

Instructions

1. Clean the potato and chop it into small pieces.
2. Lay out a sheet of aluminum foil, non-stick side up, spray with oil
3. Place the chopped up potato in the middle of the foil, add butter
4. Wrap the potato inside the foil. If needed, add a second layer of foil
5. Place it on the fire pit for 20 minutes
6. While the potato is cooking on the fire pit, fry up some bacon. You decide how much bacon you want to make.  Break it into small pieces when done.
7. After the potato had been on the fire pit for 20 minutes, take it off and carefully open the foil pack
8. Add the bacon and shredded cheddar, seal the foil back up
9. Put it potato back on the fire pit for 10 more minutes
10. Take it off the fire pit, carefully open the foil, serve it and enjoy.
