Cheesy Chicken Potato Skillet

An Experimental dinner that came out really good.  Chicken, Potatoes, and Cheese.  What can go wrong?

 

Ingredients

About 2 Chicken Strips
1 Libby’s Single Serve Carrot Cup
1/2 cup Diced Russet Potato
1/4 cup Diced White Onion
1/4 cup Diced Green Pepper
Paprika
Minced Garlic
Cooking Spray

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken strips into pieces
  2. Spray cooking oil on the skillet and let it warm up
  3. Add the chicken, and sprinkle a little Paprika on it
  4. After the chicken is partially cooked, add the potatoes, peppers, and onions
  5. Save the water from the carrot cup, Open the cup and drain it onto another container. Add the carrots to the skillet
  6. Add some Minced Garlic and a little more Paprika
  7. If it seems dry, add some of the water saved from the carrots
  8. Let it simmer for 10 minutes
  9. Add the shredded cheddar, cook until melted while stirring
  10. Serve and enjoy

Notes

  • Other vegetables and seasonings can be added to taste.
